Frequently asked questions
Dedicated ERP or off-the-shelf?
Off-the-shelf wins when the process is standard and the budget is tight — the licence is cheaper than building. Dedicated wins when adapting an off-the-shelf system would cost more than writing your own, or when the process is a source of advantage you don't want flattened into someone else's model.
How long does a rollout take?
The first module usually reaches production after 3–4 months. Fully replacing an old system is typically one to two years, delivered module by module.
What about KSeF?
E-invoice handling is part of the sales module. If you already have an ERP and only need KSeF integration, that's a separate, much smaller service.
Will you take over a system from another vendor?
Yes, starting with a code and infrastructure audit. Sometimes the audit's outcome is a recommendation to rewrite rather than extend — we say so directly, with a cost justification.
