Who we are

SZUT.SOFTWARE is a software house from Warsaw. We build dedicated web applications, ERP systems, integrations and automations for companies that off-the-shelf software has stopped being enough for.

We're small, and we stay that way on purpose. It means the person you talk to in the first meeting is the same person who later writes the code — not a salesperson who hands the project off to someone else.

How many of us there are

Few enough that the person who takes the first call later writes the code, and enough that one person's holiday doesn't stop a project. There is no sales department and no layer of project managers between you and the person who knows your system.

We operate as a Polish limited liability company registered in the KRS — the full registry details are in the footer of this page. We invoice with VAT and sign data processing agreements wherever personal data is involved.

What we don't do

We don't build systems that can be assembled from off-the-shelf tools. We don't take on projects where the scope is meant to "become clear along the way" without a workshop first. We don't promise deadlines we don't believe in ourselves.

Where the name comes from

From a surname. No hidden meaning, and no story about a passion born in a garage.
